Abstracts must be sent in a MS Word or PDF file indicating the topic, the authors’ name and affiliation and with a text between 300 to 500 words.

WARNING

Main author email is used to identify your abstract, therefore each abstract registered on the platform must be associated with a different author email.

In case an author registers 2 or more abstracts, the email must be different, otherwise, only the last abstract sent will be saved.

It is required the paper author provides the copyright form signed in order to allow the distribution of the papers.
The abstract may be validated by AIRBUS or by authorized third parties.
The copyright form will be delivered to participants together with the abstract acceptance.
In case copyright is not provided, the paper will not be presented and will not be included in the proceeding.
